Amrit Gupta

Amrit Gupta Graduated from Pune University in Bachelor of Arts and has been a Yoga Practitioner for last 15 Years. Amrit began his yoga studies at Ramani Iyengar Memorial Institute in Pune, after which he finished a teacher’s training course at The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Kerela and an Advanced training course at Samyak Yoga Institute in Mysore. Amrit had the opportunity to work as a Wellness Coach at a renowned  hospitality resort in Rishikesh. Amrit is enthusiastic about spreading his understanding of the Yogic Art of Life, which promotes an individual’s overall mental, physical, and spiritual development. Amrit Gupta is Member of Indian Yoga Association and has an avid interest in Yogic and Spiritual philosophy.
